As a young child I used to watch my grandfather take so much pride in making creative dishes in the kitchen, over time I realized how much passion he had for food.
20+ YEARS CHEF
In 1986, I started as a busboy and moved into the kitchen and new right then that this what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Worked in restaurant industry for 10 years. After that I went into kosher catering and been doing that since then. For over 20 years, I’ve made a name for myself in the Jewish community catering Kosher events.
My friends and family always loved my hot sauces, something I learned from my grandfather. I finally decided to bottle my tastiest creation: El PiqueRican

I love this sauce, it goes well with everything you eat. I find myself looking for foods to eat just so I can have some El Pique Rican. It has just the right amount of kick to it and it's full of flavor. I'm a hot sauce kinda girl I've tried plenty of sauces, even tried making my own but there's nothing in store bought that taste as good as this. It makes bland dish into a drshyou can't have enough of. Tastiest hot sauce I've ever had.
This is the best sauce I've ever had. Amazing hot sauce with well balanced heat and taste. I added it to different dishes and other sauces to really give a great tasty kick. Last night I made fresh Mahi-Mahi breaded sticks and added the Pique Rican to the dipping sauce, and others added it directly to the fish. The options are really limitless. I can enhance the flavor of almost anything without killing it, which is very common with other hot sauces you buy at the store. I also purchased the smaller bottles which allows me to take it anywhere.
Chef Albert's passion as a culinary connoisseur has gone full circle...bottling his family's traditional hot sauce with all natural ingredients! Sampled it with pork and salsa, the sauce is simply delicious packing lots of heat with Caribbean flavors without overwhelming your pallet. As a hot sauce fanatic I couldn't just buy one bottle for my collection,I got 2! Congrats to Chef Albert
